Enerpac NS Series Nutsplitters
Aztec Bolting is pleased to carry the next generation of Enerpac Nutsplitters, the Enerpac NS Series. The double acting cylinder option has now been added to this recently released industrial-strength tool.
This well engineered Nut Splitter which provides 14 to 113% greater tonnage capacity on top of our current line of Nut Cutters and also allows you to split nuts up to 73% larger than with our existing line of nut cutters now has the speed of a double acting cylinder.
The NS Series of Nut Splitters includes two different sized cylinders, which you select as Single Acting or Double Acting, and six different cutting heads to match-up to your customers needs better than ever. The single acting and double acting cylinders are interchangeable with the cutting heads adding to the versatility of the tool.
The NS Series provides Power and Precision in a High Performance system with clearly identified preset scales that allow for controlled cutting blade extension avoiding damage to the bolt threads. It has Tri-Blade Technology or three cutting surfaces on a single blade to protect threaded fasteners from damage and eliminates the need for blade sharpening.
