AZT-PT-SO Annular transducer & Electronic torque transducers
The AZT-PT-SO system is a complete Bolting System designed to work as a plug & play torque control system with selected transducers. An easy to use menu on the front of the display allows you to designate the type of wrenches that you are working with, and it automatically selects the proper readings to take.
The Annular transducer is designed to directly fit the gearbox, with this you’ll get an accurate measurement of torque output via the display to an accuracy of +/- 0.5% of reading from 20% to 100% of full scale.
The tester is installed in an auto shut-off device that is used to accuratly monitor and shut off the supply of air to the tool in order to achieve the most accurate operation of the system. Another impressive feature of the is the availability of multiple limits. This function enables up to eight different target values to be set and accessed via the up and down arrows on the keypad. High, low or pass readings are indicated via an LED display.
